1. Who processes your data
Zoryta is a brand of Four4 Outdoor Agency / Ghielmetti Thomas, sole proprietorship, Via Antonietti 7, 6900 Paradiso, Switzerland (“Zoryta” or “we”). For privacy questions: hello@zoryta.com.
We process data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for people in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we collect
Contact data: if you email us, for example to join the waitlist, we process your email address, your name if you give it and the content of your message.
Order data (once the shop opens): delivery and billing address, products bought, payment status. We do not store full card details.
Technical data: when you visit the site, the hosting server automatically logs data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type, for security and operation.
3. Why we use it
To answer your messages, tell you about the launch if you joined the waitlist, handle orders, shipping, returns and warranty, run the site securely and meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the providers we need for these purposes: Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva, Switzerland) for website and email hosting; once the shop opens, Swiss Post for shipping and the payment providers chosen by the customer (for example TWINT, card issuers, PayPal). We do not sell your data.
Some payment providers may process data outside Switzerland. In that case we make sure protection is adequate, for example through standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep it
Order and accounting data for 10 years, as required by Swiss law. Messages as long as needed to handle your request. Waitlist sign-ups until launch or until you ask us to delete them.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted or object to its use. Write to hello@zoryta.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, in the EU, your national authority.
7. Cookies and third-party services
The site does not use analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to third-party services when you visit. The site only stores your language choice (Italian or English) in your browser.
